Canine Influenza

There is a current Canine Influenza outbreak in Montgomery County, Maryland. If your dog frequents dog parks, boarding facilities, grooming facilities or doggy day-care facilities, your dog is at higher risk of contracting this disease. For dogs frequenting these environments, we recommend they be vaccinated for Canine Influenza. This is a series of two vaccines that must be given 2 weeks apart. Please contact us to set up an appointment for this vaccine if your dog’s lifestyle puts her/him at risk.
