Covid-19 Updates

UPDATED Animal Clinic of Clifton COVID-19 Policy (updated: September 1, 2022)

Please call us from the parking lot when you arrive.

We are currently transitioning from our curbside policy to allow clients to accompany their pets into our facility as long as certain criteria are met.

The doctors will speak with you by phone and obtain as much of your pet’s history as possible before your pet enters the building.

If you are picking up medication or food, we will still be operating with our curbside policy.

We are now allowing one adult to accompany their pet into our facility if the following criteria are met:

  1. You have not had Covid-19 or Covid-like symptoms in the last 10 days.
  2. There are no family or household members with Covid-19 or Covid-like symptoms in the last 10 days.
  3. We no longer require masks in our facility.

If these criteria are not met, then we will continue to see your pet with our curbside policy.

Due to the small sizes of the rooms in our facility, we are using our spaces differently than in the past. We appreciate your patience with us as we are getting used to the new flow as well. We have been working curbside for 2 years, so this is an adjustment for us too.

If you prefer for us to continue to see your pet with our curbside policy, please let us know. We know there are some of you who do prefer it, and there are some patients that have easier visits with curbside care.

Thank you in advance for understanding.

Let’s all keep each other safe.
